3.7V Li-Ion Batteries​

These are 3.7V Li-Ion pouch cells in capacities from 40mAh to 10000mAh, each fitted with a JST-PH-2mm connector that plugs straight into Dasduino, Inkplate and other Soldered boards. Every cell carries its own protection circuit, which disconnects the battery if it is overcharged, discharged too far, or shorted.

Li-Ion cells must be charged with a charger that follows the CC/CV profile (constant current, then constant voltage), never from a bench supply or any other fixed-voltage source. The on-board protection circuit is a last line of defence, not a substitute for a proper charger.
