Overview

Inkplate 5V2 is a low-power 5.2-inch e-paper development board for makers, educators, and product developers. It's built around the ESP32 microcontroller, so you get Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) connectivity, along with fast screen refresh and good readability in sunlight. The board is fully open source, works out of the box, and can be programmed with Arduino or MicroPython.

In deep sleep it draws 18 µA, which suits projects that run on a battery for a long time. A microSD card slot, an RTC, and GPIO expansion over EasyC/Qwiic give you a solid base for a custom display project.
